WCOC The Waupaca Area Chamber of Commerce, Inc. (WACC) is a not-for-profit member investor driven organization which offers ways to grow and improve businesses through networking, marketing, educational and numerous other programs and services. They also serve as the Visitors Bureau for the area.  Currently over 400 member investors are part of the organization working to grow the Waupaca area economy. Any business or group can join the WACC by investing in a membership. It also hosts community events throughout the year including Strawberry Fest, Hometown Day Celebration, Chain O’Lakes Blues Festival and Oso’s Pond Hockey Classic.

UWExtension Waupaca County, University of Wisconsin-Extension provides area residents the opportunity to gain access to University of Wisconsin resources and research offering more opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed at all stages of life and throughout the community. Currently, there are four distinct divisions of the UW-Extension: continuing education, cooperative extension, entrepreneurship and economic development, and broadcast and media innovations.

WEDC Highlighting the unique character of Wisconsin and with more than 600 regional and local partners, the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) focuses on customer-service, aligning itself with a businness needs to support sustainable business growth and job creation throughout the state. ECWRPC The East Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission is the official comphrehensive planning agency for East Central Wisconsin Counties, including Waupaca. The commision provides a variety of services including Comprehensive and Land Use Planning, Transportation Improvement and Corrdior Planning, Geographic Information Services, and Aerial Photography Distribution.Contact: Eric Fowle, Executive Director

NewNorth With the core value being collaboration, New North, Inc, a regional marketing and economic development, not-for-profit organization focuses on bridging the the gaps between the private and public sectors throughout the 18 counties of Northeast Wisconsin: the New North Region. CAP Services CAP Services is a private, nonprofit community action agency that has been advancing social and economic justice for people and communities in Waupaca, Marquette, Outagamie, Portage, and Waushara counties since 1966. Venture Center Located at the Fox Valley Technical College, Venture Center provides a variety of information needed for start-ups and existing small businesses to succeed. Resources provided include entrepreneurship classes and training, networking opportunities, and business planning classes.
