***Leaf pickup was the week of April 12th. If you have leaves please take them to the Recycling Center.***
- Please caution children to stay away from the vacuum machine, as well as the pets. Do not let children play in leaf piles, on terrace area.
- Prior to placement of leaves, inspect your property for stones, bricks, sticks, toys, loose curbing, blacktop, etc. These items can cause damage to the Leaf Machine.
- Leaves must be placed along the curb line or edge of roadway (on the grass). Leaves shall not be placed on the street surface at any time. No more than six (6) feet wide and consistent in height along the property, in order that the city worker can reach them with the vacuum hose and to allow steady, continued movement of the truck. Do not park any vehicles in the way of your leaves.
- All leaves must be in place no later than 7:00AM, on the Monday morning of your designated week. It is anticipated that only one pass along each street for removal of leaves from the terrace will be accomplished. Your cooperation in following the above schedule will help make the removal process efficient.
- Leaves in the roadway, cause hazards, plug storm sewers and are just plain dangerous.
