Pay-By-The-Bag garbage price will increase from $3 per tag to $4 per tag starting June 20th, 2022. The increase is necessary to help the WRRCC offset expenses. A similar increase was enacted in 2014.
Tags are available for purchase at Waupaca City Hall, Piggly Wiggly, Pick n Save, Waupaca Rec Center, or at the Waupaca Regional Recycling Center. Garbage bags with tags can be dropped off at:
