Underground utility work continued through the past week on High Street. More is expected next week with the focus on storm sewer installation in the Union St intersection and to the south. Gravel work should start later next week as well.
Harrison Street from Fulton Street to Hillcrest Drive is still planned to start early August. Depending on next week’s progress the detour will be set to direct through traffic around the construction zone. The route will utilize Hillcrest Drive from Fulton near Hardee’s to Harrison St at the Granite and Harrison intersection. Notification will be provided and updated pending next week’s progress.
Work is on track to be completed near the end of August or early September for both High Street and N Harrison Street.
