| Topsoil work is complete. Seed and hay is nearly done with just a little remaining in the narrow section of High Street. The grass is starting to pop in many areas of both High Street and Harrison Street. It is recommended to not cut the new grass this year but residents should start mowing next year. Harrison Street will be fully paved with new asphalt by the end of day (Friday 10/7). While the new pavement is complete for both sections of High and Harrison, the roads will remain closed until next week. Pavement marking crew is scheduled for Monday (10/10) to paint lines on both High St and Harrison Street. Once this work is done, we will open the roadways to normal traffic.
