If youth program costs are prohibiting your child from participating in Waupaca Recreation youth programs. Upon approval, the scholarship fee is available to cover the program’s resident fee for youth living in Waupaca. Current resident areas cover those youth living in the City of Waupaca, Township of Dayton, Township of Farmington and Township of Waupaca non-resident areas are youth living outside of these areas.
(Example: Township of Lind, Township of Lanark, etc.)
